1. Service Description

Electrician Prep provides electrician exam preparation tools including NEC calculators, practice questions, timed exams, and progress tracking. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute Electrician Prep content or questions
  • Use the service to cheat on actual licensing exams
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Electrician Prep - including questions, explanations, tools, and design - is owned by Electrician Prep and protected by copyright. NEC references are used for educational purposes under fair use. The NEC is a copyrighted publication of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

6. Disclaimer

Electrician Prep is a study tool and does not guarantee you will pass any licensing exam. The content is provided “as is” for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or correctness of any information on the platform. Always verify code references against the current edition of the NEC.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electrician Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Electrician Prep in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Electrician Prep after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the site.
