Guarantee & Refund Policy

Pass or Extend Free Guarantee

If you don't pass your electrician licensing exam while your Electrician Prep subscription or pass is active, we'll extend your access free of charge so you can keep studying for your retake. There's no extra cost and no proof-of-perfection required — just send us your exam results.

How to claim the extension

  1. Email support@electricianprep.co within 30 days of your exam attempt.
  2. Include your name, the email on your Electrician Prep account, and your exam result notice from the state or testing provider (a photo or scan is fine).
  3. We'll reply within two business days with the extension applied to your account.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsatisfied with Electrician Prep, contact support@electricianprep.co and we'll work with you. We typically grant refunds when:

  • You bought a Monthly subscription, are still inside the 7-day free trial, and cancel before billing.
  • You bought a 3-Month or 6-Month pass within the last 7 days and have used fewer than 50 questions.
  • A material technical issue prevented you from using the platform.

For most situations outside these guidelines we'll offer to extend your access (see above) rather than refund.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Canceled subscriptions are not refunded for unused time, but the Pass or Extend Free guarantee still applies if you didn't pass your exam during the active window.
